Investment Team
Jevin Sackett
Jevin is the Chief Executive Officer of SNH Capital Partners. Jevin oversees SNH’s management of investment activities, organizational strategy and firm governance.
Prior to SNH’s founding, Jevin started and served as Chief Executive Officer of HRA, a real estate and publishing company providing information and data on residential real estate in major metro markets in California. Recognizing the technological transformation of data transmission to business consumers in the mid 1990s, Jevin led SNH’s first investment in National Credit Center, a data driven company leveraging credit and financial attributes that fuel customer decisions for retail automotive customers. Since SNH’s inception in 1995, Jevin has played an active role in the sourcing, management, and oversight of each of SNH’s investments. He serves on the boards advising multiple portfolio companies and is a member of SNH’s Investment, Compensation and Valuation Committees. Given his personal interest in support of underprivileged children, Jevin is also a strong proponent of exploring the business opportunities presented in developing countries, and currently supports several non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and families both in the U.S. and internationally.
Aditya Dabas
Aditya is a Principal with SNH Capital Partners.
Prior to joining SNH, Aditya was with the CPP Investment Board (CPPIB), one of the world’s largest sovereign pension plans, based in New York, and was formerly with Grey Mountain Partners, based in Boulder, Colorado. Aditya has led deal teams through sourcing, diligence and underwriting across the technology, energy, manufacturing and consumer sectors. In addition, Aditya was an MBA Associate at 3i Private Equity, based in New York, an Associate with Perseus, based in Washington, DC, and an Investment Banking Analyst with Citigroup, based in New York.
Aditya received his MBA from Columbia Business School, Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. In his spare time, Aditya is an avid tennis player.
Adam Gravitt
Adam Gravitt is a Vice President on the Investment Team at SNH Capital Partners. Adam is involved across multiple areas including sourcing, deal execution and portfolio management.
Prior to joining SNH, Adam was an Investment Banking Senior Associate at Raymond James in New York City, where he specialized in sourcing and executing Mergers and Acquisitions for the Water sector.
Adam received his MBA from Columbia Business School and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is an avid skier and fly fisherman, having previously worked at Vail Ski Resort.
Krishna Kanimerakala
Krishna serves as a Vice President on the investments team at SNH Capital Partners.
Prior to joining SNH, Krishna was an Associate Vice President on the investments team at CIM Group in Los Angeles. His focus encompassed energy transition, digital infrastructure, transportation, and waste management services. Before joining CIM, Krishna worked as an investment banker at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, where he executed M&A transactions in sectors such as water, renewables, midstream infrastructure, electric and gas utilities. Krishna also spent time in strategy and corporate finance at Sempra Energy in Los Angeles, in management consulting at Cognizant and Beroe across the US and India, and in technology roles at Tata Consultancy Services in India.
Krishna holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Masters degree in Industrial Management from IIM Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, India. Krishna enjoys traveling the world with his family and spending time with his two daughters.
Marco Ruiz
Marco Ruiz is a Senior Associate on the Investment Team at SNH Capital Partners.
Prior to joining SNH, Marco was an Associate at Adams Street Partners, where he specialized in all aspects of the investment decision-making process, including financial analysis and due diligence, industry review, and portfolio management. Before joining Adams Street Partners, Marco worked at Citigroup as part of the Global Energy Investment Banking team, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital restructurings.
Marco received his MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rice University, where he was captain of the varsity Cross Country and Track and Field teams. In his spare time, Marco enjoys long distance running and playing basketball.
Andrew Gallagher
Andrew Gallagher serves as an Associate on the Investment Team at SNH Capital Partners.
Prior to joining SNH, Andrew was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC, where he worked in the Industrials Group.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He enjoys hiking, photography, and traveling.

Greg Dukat
Greg Dukat is a Sr Operating Partner at SNH Capital Partners where he collaborates with the portfolio leadership teams to accelerate strategic growth and enhance value creation.
Prior to joining SNH, Greg served as Chief Executive Officer at Revel Systems. Greg also served as the Chairman, President, and CEO of Comverge.
Throughout his career, Greg has accelerated growth in numerous organizations by navigating growth into new markets, driving product strategy, leading mergers & acquisitions, propelling effective sales and marketing strategies, and cultivating domestic and international partnerships.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY, Buffalo.
Ajit Habbu
Ajit Habbu is an Operating Partner at SNH Capital Partners where he collaborates with the portfolio leadership teams to enhance operational and financial performance. In his prior role at SNH, Ajit served as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing areas such as mergers and acquisitions, internal financial controls, audits, and investments.
Before his tenure at SNH, Ajit served as CEO of Emricap LLC, a consulting company dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and private equity groups. In addition, Ajit served as CFO of SmartSynch, Ener1 Group, Recall Corporation, and the Educational Business Unit of IBM.
Ajit received his MBA from University of Chicago Booth Business School, Master of Science in Systems and Industrial Engineering from University of Iowa and Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
John Routhier
John Routhier serves as an Operating Partner at SNH Capital Partners, where he collaborates closely with portfolio leadership teams to elevate revenue performance. In this role, he drives revenue growth for both existing and new portfolio companies while also leading SNH’s business development efforts to identify and secure merger and acquisition opportunities.
Prior to joining SNH, John held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at several organizations, successfully leading them to profitable exits. He also served as a Partner at Derby Management, a consulting firm dedicated to optimizing revenue performance and profitability for its clients.
John holds a degree from Tufts University, where he was also the captain of the football team. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and spending quality time with his family
Craig Krzyskowski
Craig is an Associate at SNH Capital Partners where he plays a key role in the operating and financial performance management of SNH’s portfolio companies. He helps drive improvements in financial processes and reporting capabilities for each new acquisition.
Prior to joining SNH, Craig served in various roles honing his skills in investment management, M&A execution, portfolio company value creation, and operational finance. Pre-MBA, he worked as an engineer specializing in integrating aviation connectivity systems with commercial and private aircraft.
Craig received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing and watching sports, and exploring the Austin food scene.

Danielle Sackett
As Principal, Danielle is responsible for leading the business development team in connecting with founders and executive management teams and discussing a potential partnership with SNH.
Prior to assuming her current position, Danielle served as Vice President of Corporate Development at SNH. Previously, she also served as Corporate Director for SettlementOne where her responsibilities included sales, daily operations, client relations and operational strategy. Prior to SNH, Danielle led business development and marketing with Fujifilm/SonoSite Inc. and a San Diego-based land acquisition firm.
A native of Sacramento, Danielle graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Integrated Business Marketing Communications from San Diego State University.
John Williamson
As Principal of Business Development, John cultivates relationships with founders, CEOs, and boards seeking partnership with SNH in their go-forward growth plans. In his role, John maintains active outreach within SNH’s core expertise vertical areas and facilitates communication between executives and our internal investment team.
John has been a leader in business development at various SNH portfolio companies since 1999. John received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with an emphasis in marketing and finance, from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He has held a Broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate since 2008. John also serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Business & Finance (“IBF”), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing more skillful and prepared financial services leaders.
Jake Flores
As a Senior Associate of Business Development, Jake fosters relationships with founders, owners, and operators who are looking to partner with SNH for a complete or partial exit from their businesses. Jake maintains a consistent presence in SNH’s core industries as well as exploring additional platform investments in new verticals. Prior to this role, Jake served on the SNH investment team in both private and public markets and founded a data-driven marketing agency focused on the U.S. insurance market.
Jake graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Mass Business Communications. While not engaged with business owners, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and playing guitar.
Peter Nardi
As a Business Development Associate, Peter conducts strategic research in targeted thesis areas to identify and connect with company leadership within SNH’s core industries, helping facilitate potential partnership opportunities.
Prior to joining SNH, Peter relocated from the Pacific Northwest where he served as an Investment Advisor Representative for Fisher Investments, a private wealth management firm. Peter graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Political Science and Business with an emphasis on Innovation. In his spare time, Peter enjoys various outdoor activities, exploring new restaurants and spending quality time with family and friends, including his dog, Remi.
Marcus Amechazurra
In his role as Business Development Associate, Marcus is primarily focused on conducting comprehensive research within designated thesis industries. His core mission is to foster strategic connections between SNH’s leadership team and qualified companies within these target industry verticals.
Prior to joining SNH, Marcus served as a transportation broker where he honed his skills in prospecting and sales, demonstrating his ability to identify key shipping partners whose values were strategically aligned.
As a Colorado native, Marcus earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Colorado State University. Outside of SNH, Marcus dedicates his time to activities such as running and weightlifting and enjoys being outdoors and immersing himself in nature.
Mo Harraz
As a Business Development Associate, Mo conducts comprehensive research within specified industries aimed to facilitate valuable connections between SNH’s leadership and company executives.
With a strong background in freight brokering and extensive knowledge of proposal software, Mo offers a versatile skill set. Navigating complexities of the freight industry, he refined his expertise in brokering deals and optimizing logistics operations. His proficiency in proposal software highlights his ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in project management and client communication.
Originally from Chicago, Mo earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Iowa. Beyond his role at SNH, he dedicates his time to bodybuilding and analyzing market trends for option trading.
Business Strategy & Transformation
Matt Gilbreath
In his role as Business Strategy & Transformation (BST) Leader, Matt works directly with portfolio company executives to identify value creation opportunities and leads the BST in value capture activities. He also advises the Investment team on future portfolio opportunities.
Prior to SNH, Matt was at McKinsey & Company advising clients and leading practice operations across a wide range of functional areas (from manufacturing to customer experience) in a wide range of industries (from banking to mining). In between stints at McKinsey, Matt was the VP of Supply Strategy and Capital Projects at Diageo, the world’s largest spirits company, where he led multi-year capital programs, all aspects of continuous improvement, and the Supply PMO. Matt started his career in the US Navy, as a submarine officer.
Matt is a US Naval Academy graduate and has a master’s degree from Old Dominion University.
Alex Stump
Alex is a Senior Engagement Leader of Finance partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and investment decisions.
Alex was formerly a Vice President on the Investment Team working on a variety of deal structures including growth-equity, buyouts, and rollups. In prior leadership roles within the Business Strategy and Transformation group at SNH, he was responsible for implementing SNH’s proprietary operating strategies and business intelligence. Also serving as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for SNH, Alex partnered with portfolio companies on in-depth financial analysis and modeling. Prior to joining SNH, Alex served as Director of Development for On The Record Sports Inc., a sports-focused social networking start-up company. At Upper Deck Company, Alex was a strategic leader working on deals with athletes, agents, and licensing properties.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with an accounting emphasis.
Matt Millavec
Operations
Matt is an Operations Engagement Leader on our BST team. In his role, Matt advises portfolio company leadership on wide-range of initiatives, ranging from operational efficiency transformations to diagnosing and implementing automation opportunities.
Prior to joining SNH, Matt spent 8 years at Deloitte Consulting supporting clients on a variety of strategic projects in technology modernization and process improvement.
Matt moved from Washington, DC to Austin, Texas to pursue his MBA at the University of Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from the University of Maryland.
Sam Swanson
Pricing & Revenue
Sam is an Engagement Leader of Pricing and Revenue on the BST team. In this role, Sam partners with portfolio company leadership to develop and implement revenue optimization, pricing and go-to-market strategies leading to revenue expansion.
Sam has 15+ years of experience within industry and consulting, leading teams, and on projects focused on finance effectiveness, strategic revenue growth, value realization and business model development, primarily at Accenture and Dell. Sam’s background has spanned communications/media, technology, energy, manufacturing and professional services industries across North America and Asia Pacific regions.
Sam has an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA from Baylor University majoring in finance and economics.
David Robbins
Pricing & Revenue
David is a Pricing Consultant on the BST team. In his role, David is responsible for working with executive teams throughout SNH’s portfolio companies to drive an analytical approach to pricing and advise on the operational aspects of pricing, monetization, and revenue retention.
Prior to SNH, David was a Pricing Analyst at ABM Industries where he drove market research efforts and supported operations and sales in pricing for high value opportunities. Before joining ABM, David specialized in pricing and government contracting in the aerospace and defense industry. David received his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a certificate in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
In his free time, David enjoys spending time outdoors, watching sports, and spending time with his friends, family, and dog.
Taniya Mangan
Procurement
In her role as Engagement Leader of Strategic Procurement, Taniya is responsible for leading sourcing, purchasing and procurement to optimize financial savings and drive efficiencies in portfolio companies with BST engagements. This includes collaborating with company leadership, performing cost analyses, using industry benchmarks, negotiating with external vendors, and reporting key functional metrics to facilitate long-term expense control and reduction.
Prior to joining SNH, Taniya worked at EA Health and Quality Built, both in San Diego, CA.
Gabby Dohse
Growth Marketing
Gabby is the Growth Marketing Engagement Leader on the BST team. In her role, she leads marketing efforts for SNH and works with portfolio company leadership to establish marketing strategy, set up marketing operations, and assist with partner evaluation all while keeping focus on revenue growth through demand generation, tech stack integrations, and full funnel engagement reporting.
She has over 14 years of experience in marketing and sales working in leadership roles both on the client and agency/vendor side. Prior to joining SNH, Gabby was Head of Growth Marketing at tech companies in the agricultural technology and marketing software space. Before those roles she spent several years as account supervisor at a digital marketing agency primarily serving the B2B tech industry.
Gabby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business. In her free time, she pursues her passion for travel and spends quality time with her family and friends.

Jean is a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition as part of the BST team at SNH Capital Partners. In her role, she partners with portfolio company leadership to strategically recruit top talent.
Jean has more than 20 years of professional and progressive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. She has a successful track record of placing candidates at all levels, ranging from entry-level to C-level executives, in various disciplines and throughout the United States.
In her leisure time, Jean enjoys refurbishing old furniture and spending time with loved ones.
Gaby Rodriguez
Talent Acquisition
Gaby is a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition as part of the BST team at SNH Capital Partners. In her role, she assists company leadership with recruitment efforts such as sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Prior to joining SNH, Gaby was a Director of Talent Acquisition, supporting offices in multiple states with recruitment efforts for high level and senior management roles. Gaby received her degree from the University of Mississippi in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration.
In her free time, Gaby enjoys spending time with her dogs, going out on Lake Travis, and traveling and experiencing new cultures.
Andrew Wright
Andrew is a Business Intelligence, Operations, and Analytics Senior Consultant on the BST team. Andrew provides functional support and leadership across a number of playbook areas and business intelligence engagements.
Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Austin.
Andrew enjoys spending time with his dogs and exercising.

Alan Faigin
and Head of Legal
In his role as Senior Advisor and Head of Legal, Alan consults on legal processes for mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, employment matters and risk management. He also serves on the boards of various portfolio companies.
Prior to joining SNH, Alan served as General Counsel for a publicly-traded financial services company overseeing both insurance and banking acquisitions. Subsequently, he was appointed interim CEO and successfully sold over $10 billion of bank assets. He has acted as Chief Restructuring Officer in the operation and sale of several large distressed companies.
Alan is a graduate of the University of California (San Diego) and Loyola Law School (Los Angeles). He is licensed to practice law in California.
Jordan Silverman
As General Counsel, Jordan advises on all aspects of the firm’s legal operations and aids the Investment Team in connection with the firm’s mergers & acquisitions activities.
Prior to joining SNH, Jordan was a mergers & acquisitions and private equity attorney in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he represented private and public companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in a broad range of complex transactions and corporate governance matters, with a primary focus in the energy sector. Before joining Kirkland, Jordan was an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
A native Austinite, Jordan received his B.A. in Economics from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
Curtis Mollohan
As Associate General Counsel, Curtis advises on legal operations to include compliance and regulatory matters of the firm as well as providing day-to-day support to its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining SNH, Curtis served as a Director and Assistant General Counsel at TransUnion, a global information and insights company and consumer reporting agency. In that role, Curtis supported several markets as the lead attorney, handling contract negotiations, solutions design and support, and compliance advisement. Before joining TransUnion, Curtis served on Legal teams at both First Data and FCCI Insurance Group. And before becoming an in-house counsel, Curtis started his career as a litigation attorney in private practice.
Curtis is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, and the School of Law at Western New England College. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.
Thomas Wilson
Business & Administration
As Senior Vice President of Business & Administration, Tom oversees the administrative functions of the firm and is responsible for developing and executing cross organizational business initiatives with commitment to operational excellence throughout SNH.
Prior to joining SNH, Tom worked at Creer Consulting Group, Zayo Group, AboveNet Communications, Metromedia Fiber Network, and MCI holding various senior management positions. He brings over 20 years of experience across disciplines of real estate and facility management, finance and bankruptcy consultancy, merger & acquisitions due diligence and integration, and technical operations.
Tom received his MBA from Villanova University and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University.
Constantin Sava
As Director of Finance, Constantin is responsible for the firm’s accounting, taxes, and finances.
Prior to joining SNH, he served as a Trader & Portfolio Operations Analyst for the Investment Counsel Company of Nevada.
Constantin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding with family and friends.
Alicia Howard
In her role as Senior Accountant, Alicia is responsible for tracking and reporting on a variety of financial KPIs and metrics, analyzing business performance, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions. She is also responsible for financial statement review and partnering with third-party tax partners.
Prior to Joining SNH, Alicia spent eight years as an Accountant for Victory Wholesale Group in Springboro, Ohio where she worked closely with the Controller for the creation of financial statements. She also served as Financial Analyst for Faith Deliverance Church and as Tax Preparer for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.
Alicia is a graduate of Wright State University where she completed her Master of Business Administration in Economics. She is also a graduate of Kent State University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance.
Melina Santagati
Melina provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Her work supports employees across a variety of administration-related duties, including event planning, communications, accounting, and travel.
Prior to joining SNH in 2022, Melina was a private personal trainer who enjoyed helping and inspiring clients to stay motivated and reach their goals. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and exploring Austin with her dog Bruno.
Kessler Bailey
Kessler Bailey is a marketing intern and undergraduate student at the University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a degree in advertising.
Kessler balances her academic pursuits with active involvement in campus organizations. She is a dedicated member of the sorority Alpha Delta Pi, fostering connections and leadership skills, as well as being part of GAIN, a women’s wellness and fitness organization, where she promotes health and empowerment among her peers. With a dedication to her education and extracurricular activities, Kessler is poised to graduate from the University of Texas in May 2025.
